Clydea (Connie) Allaire is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Allaire’s Management Consulting Firm.
Ms. Clydea (Connie) Allaire is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Allaire’s Management Consulting Firm. She is a retired Army Officer and Military Veteran with thirty years of demonstrated success in Cybersecurity and Information Technology. She has held key management positions in the military, government, and private industries. While working with the government and during the 44th Presidential administration Ms. Allaire successfully completed a career development assignment with The Federal Chief of Information Management Office(CIO) assigned to the Executive Office of the President Office (EOP). Other assignments included an assignment with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and The White House Communications Office located at the White House (Executive Building) located in Washington DC.
Key management positions held by Ms. Allaire include Chief Information Officer (CIO), Program and Project Manager, IT Applications Migrations/Transition Lead and Technology lead for The Commercial of-The Shelf Unmanned Aerial Aircraft Systems (COT UAS) Governance and Compliance Authorization to Fly Program. Risk Management Officer and IT Policy and Governance Lead Mrs. Allaire has also served as a University Adjunct Professor.
Ms. Allaire has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Masters Certificate in Security Leadership (CDSE) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College. She earned a ISACA Certification as a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer with certificates in Earned Value Management (EVM) and IT Risk Management.
Mrs. Allaire is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, (ISACA). Her hobbies include giving back to the Military and the community of disabled military veterans. She has hosted and chaired numerous charitable events in support of military soldiers and their families.
